Harmony Hills vacation complex looks even prettier
in autumn’s hues
BLD’s investment supervision team keeps on improving the environment and facilities of the complex despite of the temporary problems in electric supply. All green areas were grassed and planted, the wooden pergolas were mounted and the barbecue sets placed inside the villas. The reception is now clean and ready to welcome guests. The restaurant has been completely furnished with its large kitchen fully fitted with all necessary equipment. The brand new SPA area is also equipped with Turkish bath, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness equipment and a dressing room. The existing show house previously sheltered by villa 17 has been moved to apartment I27 and the pictures show what views reveal from the ground level (second floor by master plan) of building I (K).
BLD’s team and representatives of the general contractor continue working on the snagging lists. We all wait impatiently for the electricity connection to E.ON’s network as the current one is only temporary and not sufficient to make possible the final technical tests to be conducted. According to Bulgarian law 72 hour tests of the electricity network and all water pipes should be run in order to conclude officially the construction phase and a usage permit to be issued by the relevant authorities.
