The location is an unique combination of the low range of the Balkan mountain, the northen part of Varna bay and the nearby vineyards of the village of Rogachevo. Just behind the fence of Harmony Hills is Batova natural reserve, a really lovely place for picnics, off-road safari trips, hunting, bird-watching, paragliding or just a day break by the river.
